Effective November 1, Anuj Kapadia PhD assumes the role of Director of Graduate Studies (DGS) for our program, succeeding Tim Turkington PhD who served as DGS from 2011 to 2015. In an email to the program, Director Dr. Samei thanked Dr. Turkington for his devotion and selfless service, and welcomed Dr. Kapadia to this important leadership role. Dr. Kapadia is currently Assistant Professor of Radiology, and serves our program in many ways including member of the Medical Physics Administrative Council, instructor for the Seminars in Medical Physics course, and chair of both the Recruiting Committee and the Publicity Task Force.
