Duke University Medical Physics Leadership Retreat is on September 10-11, 2016. Leadership skills are crucial for achieving strong impact in today’s professional world. The face of modern healthcare is constantly evolving, and each of us must exercise leadership to seek clarity in this challenging landscape. While we are trained exceptionally in scientific skills, most of our leadership traits are gained either from watching others, or simply by learning on the job. This first program-wide retreat and leadership workshop will provide a strong insight into leadership in the context of medical physics.
