PhD student Taoran Li’s first author paper “Adaptive prostate IGRT combining online re-optimization and re-positioning: a feasibility study,” has been selected by the journal Physics in Medicine and Biology (PMB) as 1 of the 25 highlighted articles for 2011. According to the journal, “The 25 articles were selected for their presentation of outstanding new research, receipt of the highest praise from our international referees and the highest number of downloads last year.” Taoran is advised by Jackie Wu PhD. This marks the 2nd year in a row that one of our students received this honor, following Andy Thomas who was on the 2010 list (see 2010 news, 1/24/2011).
